Dear McDonald's,

It has come to my attention that the FDA is planning to allow milk and meat from cloned animals and their offspring into the food supply, without labels. I am highly concerned about this, since cloning is associated with a tremendous amount of animal suffering, and cloned foods have not been convincingly shown to be safe to consume.

You are a leading global food company, and you state on your website that you are sensitive to social, environmental, animal welfare, and food safety and quality issues. As such, I hope that you will be responsive to my concerns. Please do everything you can to make sure that products from cloned animals and their offspring are not part of McDonald's menu. Cloning is cruel and unnecessary.

Sincerely,
